Grilled Octopus with Mashed Peas

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 4 people
  • 500 gr freshly picked peas
  • 1 kg octopus
  • evo
  • pepper
  • fresh thyme
Instructions:
Mashed Peas - Put the peas in a saucepan with a bit of water and boil for about 5 minutes. Whisk and then cook at a moderate heat for 5 minutes. add some evo. Grilled Octopus - Boil the water and cook the octopus for about 20 minutes. Drain, cut and grill it with some oil until cooked. In a dish put the mushed peas first and then the octopus. Add pepper and thyme!
