Grilled Octopus with Mashed Peas
40 minutes, ingredients for 4 people
– 500 gr freshly picked peas
– 1 kg octopus
Put the peas in a saucepan with a bit of water and boil for about 5 minutes. Whisk and then cook at a moderate heat for 5 minutes. add some evo.
Boil the water and cook the octopus for about 30 minutes. Drain, cut and grill it with some oil until cooked. In a dish put the mashed peas first and then the octopus. Add pepper and thyme.
